ITIL (ISEB) Practitioner Certificate in Software Asset Management

Course Duration - 5 Days

Exam

The examination takes place on the 5th day. It is a three hours closed-book written paper, consisting of 5 questions based on 1 scenario. The pass mark is 60%, Distinction can also be achieved with 80%.

The ISEB Software Asset Management (SAM) Certificate syllabus and qualification is designed to provide Software Asset Managers, who work in the typically complex computing environment of medium to large companies, the knowledge to implement and maintain an effective SAM programme.

Holders of the ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Software Asset Management will be able to demonstrate their competence in planning, implementing, and maintaining a SAM programme and have the ability to:

The Practitioner certificate in Software Asset Management is a five days residential course.

This course is delivered by one of Infrasolve’s (Harbrook’s sister company) leading consultant using in depth and practical knowledge to make the sessions more interactives.

The trainer and candidates will use real-world scenarios in order to share their knowledge and appreciate the thin line between theory and practice in SAM. Candidates will also leave the training with a sense of accomplishment and an appreciation of the benefits of being a SAM practitioner.

Each candidate will be provided with a training pack containing copies of all course slides. The raining pack will also include a full set of practical exercises which candidates will complete during workshops through the duration of the course.
