Our prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras, the price you are quoted is the price you pay, excluding VAT, so no nasty surprises! All course fees include:

QUALITY PROMISE
Should you be unhappy with any of our courses, and you inform us within 14 days of delivery of the course we promise:
- An initial response within 24hrs
- A single point of contact who will investigate the issue
- To achieve a satisfactory outcome within three working days. Should this not be possible we will keep you informed and agree a suitable action plan to resolve the issue
