Change Management Specialist

Last week, saw trainers at Purple Griffon run our first ever 3 day ISEB Change Management Specialist course in Central London.  This course takes over from the ITIL v2 Change Management Practitioner course.  As well as ITIL v3 Change Management it covers how  SFIA and COBIT map on to and complement ITIL Change Management.  This practical course is suitable for both experience Change Managers and those new to the Change Management process area who need to understand how Change Management works on a practical level.

This single process training course adds to our large portfolio of Service Management training courses, and complements our other five 'ISEB Specialist' courses; Service Desk and Incident Management, Supplier Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management and Business Relationship Management.

The course also contributes one and a half points towards the ITIL Expert qualification.
