Tailored Service Management Workshops

In addition to running a large number of ISEB accredited courses we also run a number of individual and clustered Service Management workshops, which can be tailored to the individual requirements of an organisation. For example a start-up workshop can be tailored to get a process off the ground, identify quick wins and an action plan, or look to improve an existing process and its interfaces with other existing processes.

Our workshops can also be tailored for 1 day or 2 day delivery. We can also combine a number of topic areas, such as Change Configuration and Release Management.
