The ITIL Transition bundle combines two of the ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle courses (Service Operation and Service Transition) with one of the ITIL Capability Intermediate courses (Release, Control & Validation).

This bundle is appropriate for IT professionals who wish to focus on the aspects of the delivery of changes to services into the production environment with minimal impact on the business use of those services.

Accredited by BCS, the courses help students prepare for the certification exams along with acquiring valuable insights from instructors who have actually managed IT operations and ITSM programs.
