The ITIL Operation bundle combines two of the ITIL Intermediate Lifecycle courses (Service Operation and Service Transition) with one of the ITIL Capability Intermediate courses (Operational, Support and Analysis).
This bundle is appropriate for IT professionals who wish to focus on the service support aspects of an IT department – ensuring services are delivered to the agreed levels, and the management of the technology used to deliver the services.
Accredited by CSME, the course helps students prepare for the certification exams along with acquiring valuable insights from instructors who have actually managed IT operations and ITSM programs.
Each of the ITIL Intermediate courses is a free-standing qualification, but this bundle enables the delegate to take advantage of significant discounts. All of the modules contribute as pre-requisites to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management certification.
