ITIL Courses for Individuals

Most organisations, whether a multi-national conglomerate or a local Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) (and all size of organisations in between), will require proof that the person they are looking to employ, has as a minimum, a qualification that shows that they have a basic understanding of Service Management.

This can be applicable at any level within an organisation, whether you wish to be a service desk agent, technical support engineer or even an IT Manager. Most, if not all, IT jobs being advertised require an ITIL Foundation certificate as a minimum. Without this your application is likely not make the 'cut' made by the recruitment agency, as it will be rejected irrespective of your experience.
