What is a case study?
A case study is an imaginary organisation, typically going through rapid growth, or a merger. Exam questions are normally focused on some aspect of service improvement. BCS uses one of these case studies for the Managers certificate exams each quarter.
All of the Practitioners exams use just one case study (Martco).
