What does the Managers certificate exam comprise of?
There are two exams; Paper 1 (sometimes called the Support paper) is taken on Wednesday afternoon. On the following morning, Paper 2 (Service Delivery) is taken. Both papers are three hour closed book written exams each comprising 5 questions. The pass mark is 50%, with a distinction being given for 65% or greater in both papers.
