I want to become a Service Management trainer, what are the steps?
Firstly you need to hold the Service Management Managers certificate. You need to have had considerable experience both as a manager and a Service Management practitioner, plus some training experience. You will need to apply either through an existing training provider or as an independent to ISEB. Once approved there may be conditions to the courses you are allowed to deliver, depending on experience.
