I have heard of ITIL version 3. What is this?
ITIL™ – the IT Infrastructure Library – is undisputedly the most important set of guidelines for Best Practice IT Service Management.
These guidelines have recently been re-structured in a major Refresh program to become ITIL V3, as the previous Version 2 guidance was nearly 10 years old and showing its age
