Am I ready to undertake the Managers certificate?
To make a successful attempt at the Managers certificate you need to make a three month commitment to study.
The Managers course normally consists of a five day Service Support course in month 1, a five day Service Delivery course in month 2, plus a revision day, approx two weeks prior to the exams in month 3.
We have known people to undertake the course, whilst moving jobs and homes, putting themselves under extreme pressure. In this case it is normally possible to defer taking the exams to the following quarter, to allow time for sufficient study.
Experience should be in the order of 5 years in a Service Management role, ideally at Manager level
